Daily Laboratories offers a range of testing services for the food industry.   Routine microbiological analyses include

  • Total Bacterial Counts
  • Total Yeast and Mold Counts
  • Enterobacteriaceae
  • Coliform and E. coli Counts
  • Bacillus cereus

Specific pathogens we can test for include Listeria spp, E. coli 0157:H7, and Salmonella spp.    We can help food processors monitor their plant’s environment for pathogens and carry-over allergens after cleaning.

Spices and foods can be tested for Water activity and pH to assist shelf stability.

Produce and the wash water can be tested for pesticide residue.

We can also test ice from ice machines for sanitation and cleanliness.
